We put his body in the ground today.
What’s devastating to me is seeing all my family weeping -some of which i’ve never even seen with a frown on- let alone crying. Personally I didn’t know him that well, he was my cousin’s grandfather. I can barely recall one conversation we had together about school, girlfriends, and war.
I guess I owe him a lot since he was the one...
